Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres Legacy Fund

The idea behind the Legacy fund is to provide an on-going, sustainable source of funding for the Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres. The fund is financed through charitable giving, an easy, and meaningful way to provide support for our community. Through gifts of life insurance, gifts by will, and bequests, the Legacy fund becomes an enduring source of revenue for the Kiwanis Club to carry out its important work in the community. Charitable giving also provides valuable estate planning and tax benefits to donors.

Our Mission

The mission of the Legacy Fund Committee is to foster a philanthropic environment whereby the Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres becomes the preferred recipient of planned charitable gifts made by individual members or citizens within our community.

Our Program

The planned/legacy gift program has two pillars that form the foundation for our promotional and program activity:

Pillar 1 - Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres

Unrestricted gifts to the Club for its charitable purposes.

Pillar 2 - Select Club Committees

Committees with an enduring Club tradition that support our Mission of Children – Priority One
